All the info you need about Pleo's pricing and plans

If you're on a plan with Cashback, you’ll get 0.5% cashback (for Advanced Plans) or 0.75% cashback (for Beyond plan) with every purchase made using Pleo cards. Talk about saving time and money! Cashback is capped at the total rate of your subscription including platform and additional user fees (if applicable). It will be transferred directly to your Pleo Wallet every month so you can keep using that money for new expenses.

We offer two levels of paid onboarding services: Assisted Onboarding includes two live sessions with a dedicated onboarding manager, while Premium Implementation provides a thorough, hands-on setup and training to align Pleo with your workflows. Contact our sales team to learn more.

Pleo's subscription pricing has two parts. First is a recurring platform subscription fee for your chosen plan. Second is a per user fee for any users added beyond the number included in your plan.

Both charges are included in the bill you receive at the end of your billing cycle, and both vary based on your plan.

If you choose our Starter, Essential, Advanced or Beyond plan, you’ll be charged a flat platform subscription fee. Paid plans include a small amount of users free of charge, but you can always add more users for an additional user fee. For example, if you’re on our Essential plan with monthly billing and have 10 Pleo users, you’ll be charged £136 each month (£45 platform fee + 7 additional users at £13/user). Your monthly or annual subscription will be automatically deducted from your Pleo balance. If you have any questions about our pricing, drop our sales team a message.
