You can see bills on the Pleo 'Export' page. It will first appear there after the required fields mentioned above have been filled out in the Bills dashboard. You can export the bill at any stage of its life cycle (whether it's pending approval, scheduled, or paid). From the moment you export the bill, its status will be synced with Xero, and every time it changes in Pleo, it will also change in Xero (not the other way around - Pleo is the source of truth).
