The best tool for managing expenses

It's very easy to use - both as an adminsitrator and as a user. It's easy to upload new receipts from both phones, computers and by forwarding emails, it takes not time to create new users, it's easy to check up on missing receipts, transfer the expenses to our bookkeeping system etc.

Pleo have been great from start to finish. The platform is incredibly easy to use, but if you ever get stuck with anything, (its so easy, Ive only ever got stuck once,) their team offer great assistance in getting things resolved. The additional features they keep adding, (faster top ups as an example,) just make the whole platform a dream to work with.
