About the role
We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join us and help us scale our Commercial and Tech teams across Europe. You’ll be part of a smart, warm, and ambitious TA crew, and you’ll be our go- to expert when it comes to building talent pipelines and sparking conversations with future Pleo’ers. As a Talent Sourcer, you will:
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand our open roles and where the best people are hiding
- Own sourcing across both technical and commercial roles (think engineers, product folks, sales legends, and more)
- Craft thoughtful, personalised outreach (we’re not into spray-and pray)
- Find creative ways to discover and engage diverse, top tier talent
- Keep our ATS tidy (we use Greenhouse)
- Share market insights that shape how and where we hire
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience sourcing across tech and non-tech roles, ideally in fast-paced or high growth environments
- Know your way around sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GibHub)
- Are proactive, curious, and always looking for new ways to find great people
- Are a clear, friendly communicator who knows how to get a reply
- Are excited to work autonomously but collaborate closely with a team that really cares
- Bonus: you’ve worked in fintech, SaaS, or a similar space
Who you'll be working with and reporting to
You’ll report to our Commercial Talent Lead, Julieta, and work as part of our Talent team, as well as our wider People team. Our Talent team is highly collaborative and dedicated to finding and hiring amazing talent. You’ll also have the chance to partner with teams across the entire business to ensure you understand the role and can reach out to the right talent.
