Marketing Campaign April '26 - Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

1. Introduction

Pleo Technologies A/S (“Pleo”) is offering a campaign under which Customers meeting the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2 will receive a refund, subject to these terms (the “Terms”). These Terms apply only in connection with a Customer’s first load of funds into its E-money Account and only to Customers who have been directly invited by Pleo to participate in the campaign.

2. Eligibility Criteria

A customer qualifies as an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. the Customer completed sign-up and verification of its Account in accordance with the Master Service Agreement between 1 January 2026 and 11 March 2026 (inclusive);
  2. the Customer is not part of a Multi-entity Account;
  3. the Customer had not loaded any funds into its E-money Account before 31 March 2026;
  4. the Customer loads funds into the E-money Account for the first time on or before 14 April 2026;
  5. the Customer subscribes to the Essential, Advanced or Beyond Subscription Plan; and
  6. the Customer successfully pays the first invoice for the Subscription Fee.

3. Refund Amount and Criteria

The refund will equal one (1) month of the Subscription Fee for the applicable Subscription Plan (the “Subscription Refund”) and will be transferred to the Customer’s E-money Account. If the Customer is billed annually, the Subscription Refund equals one-twelfth (1/12) of the annual Subscription Fee.

Pleo will apply the Subscription Refund within five (5) business days after the first invoice for the Subscription Fee has been successfully paid.

The Subscription Refund is limited to one (1) refund per Customer, is non-transferable, and cannot be
exchanged for cash.

4. Other Terms

Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Master Service Agreement. These Terms govern the campaign described herein only. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Master Service Agreement, these Terms prevail only to the extent necessary to govern this campaign and the Subscription Refund. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not amend the Master Service Agreement generally.

Pleo reserves the right to withhold or reverse the Subscription Refund where the campaign has been misused, the qualifying payment is reversed or refunded, or the offer has been applied in breach of these Terms.
