Power to the people award

It’s time to celebrate a business that goes above and beyond when it comes to paving the way for all in finance.

The submission deadline has passed.

Celebrating those who put people first

There's no business without people. This award identifies the company who stands for commitment to empowering its people to work smarter, not harder.

Whether through streamlining their tools and processes to free up more time, implementing employee feedback, or encouraging staff to work on more strategic initiatives.

Cast your nomination for who you think deserves this title.

Submission pointers to keep in mind

  • What initiatives has this company put in place to empower its teams?
  • How has Pleo contributed to saving time for teams or employees?
  • How has the time saved through these efficiencies freed up the team to focus on value-added work?
  • How does the company gather and incorporate employee feedback to improve processes and workflows?
  • What measurable impact have your/their empowerment initiatives had on employee morale, productivity, and overall satisfaction?
  • How has the company demonstrated dedication and innovation in fostering a culture of empowerment and putting its people first?
  • These pointers are just to help you get started. When applying or nominating someone for an award, you don't need to reference each of these points
