Organisational Development Senior Coordinator

Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike—with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’.

The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years.

Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together.

We're looking for an Organisational Development (OD) Senior Coordinator to join our People Team at Pleo. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Learning and OD initiatives, acting as the "glue" between big-picture strategy and flawless execution as we deeply embed our core people frameworks into our culture.

If you're excited about building structure out of ambiguity and are passionate about leveraging data and AI to enhance the employee experience, then this is the opportunity for you! You'll be part of a high-impact team dedicated to scaling our people products and ensuring every Pleo’er has a seamless journey from onboarding to peak performance.

What you’ll be doing

As an OD Senior Coordinator, you will:

  • Play a key role in "project squads" to deliver initiatives linked to our People Strategy, driving end-to-end project management.
  • Own the administration of our learning portfolio, managing our LMS, scheduling sessions, and partnering with external providers.
  • Track participation, analyse performance and engagement trends, and create dashboards that demonstrate the real impact of our People Products.
  • Provide first-line support to managers during performance cycles and manage the end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys.
  • Maintain our Notion knowledge base, design presentation decks for senior leadership, and draft internal communications that drive high engagement.
  • Constantly look for ways to automate workflows and leverage AI to keep our processes "lightweight" and scalable.
  • Support the delivery of learning offerings by co-facilitating sessions and onboarding programs for new joiners.
  • Drive team alignment by managing agendas, documentation, and internal structures to keep the department running smoothly.

What you bring

You’ll thrive in this role if:

  • You get energy from a broad range of tasks and jump in wherever support is needed with a curious mindset.
  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.
  • You are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to scale workflows and solve problems creatively.
  • You don’t just spot gaps, you bring solutions and a "can-do" attitude to every roadblock.
  • You can distill complex frameworks into clear, understandable guides and "self-serve" content for the whole company.
  • Your colleagues know that when a task is in your hands, it’s as good as done.
  • You are at your best when the daily agenda is evolving and you can pivot quickly to meet new challenges.
  • You had exposure or bring previous experience in Talent, OD or L&D.

Who you’ll be working with and reporting to

You’ll report to our Director, Talent & Organisational Development and collaborate closely with colleagues across the whole People Team. You’ll also partner with People Managers across all of our functions at Pleo to ensure our OD initiatives are felt and understood by everyone.
