Pleo is looking for an Senior Account Manager to join our team in Copenhagen!
As an Account Manager in Pleo, your primary focus is to develop the potential of our current customers on the Danish market. In this role, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of accounts and drive sales processes and opportunities to upsell to existing customers. You will also focus on building strong customer relationships by securing optimal product use, customer satisfaction and renewing contracts together with our customer success team.
In this role, you will:
- Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts via upsell and cross-sell techniques, including the identification of opportunities in new buying centers (70% focus)
- Ensure customers renew their contracts for existing products or services (30% focus)
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them to close
- Develop, document, and gain agreement on the account sales strategy
- Orchestrate internal and external resources throughout the customer lifecycle
- Participate in account planning sessions
- Focuse on the customer segment with 50-250 employees

- A background in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales 💪
